Aromatic Bayanus Multiplex Yeast Product description:

Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex is a blend of noble winemaking yeasts belonging to the bayanus and cerevisiae species featuring properly selected nutrients, vitamins and pectolytic enzymes that will allow you prepare any kind of wine with a distinct aroma in a very simple way.

For all fruit wines and fermentation in pulp - this product is intended for making wine from light and dark grapes, gooseberries, rhubarb, apples, pears, apricots, strawberries, grains, raisins, haws, wild rose hips, wild cherries, cherries, raspberries, greengages, purple plums, blackberries, blackcurrant, redcurrant, whitecurrant, bilberries, black elderberries and sloe berries.

Wines up to 18% alcohol, Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex is a guarantee of obtaining strong wines, containing even up to 18% alcohol! The recommended fermentation temperature is 14-30°C.

For 50 L of batch a 40 g pack of Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex will allow you to prepare as much as 50 L of white or red fruit wine.

Quick fermentation, wonderful bouquet - thanks to the perfectly selected composition of the blend’s ingredients, the batches employing Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex ferment quickly and the resulting wines are characterised by an excellent bouquet and aroma.

Ingredients: winemaking yeast: Saccharomyces bayanus (17.5%), Saccharomyces cerevisiae, ammonium phosphate, pectolytic enzyme 1.3% (sucrose, pectinase, maltodextrin, polygalacturonase, water, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, citric acid), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Due to the UK not being part of the EU we no longer offer any shipping to the EU.

We offer 24-hour and 48-hour Parcel Services, but this does not guarantee that the parcel will be received within this timeframe.

Normal delivery times are on average between 1-3 working days. But sometimes this can be longer During busy times like Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Heavy Parcels those over 1.5kg are delivered by Parcel Force or DHL.

For those under 1.5kg We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

if a problem happens with the delivery please let us know and we will do our best to help, we can talk to Parcel Force or DHL to help solve the problem.

We only know of the problem if you tell us about the problem, we can't help if we are not told about the issue.

1st orders with us, parcels will not be left with out a signature OR if we think they are a high value order over £120 parcels will need to be signed for.
