Mashing
Bulldog Master Brewer has automatic temperature control and handles the timing for you. Simply set your mashing temperatures and rest times and other things - you can program up to 9 steps in detail. Leave the Brewer to sort out the mashing for the set time while the pump slowly circulates the wort, let the Brewer handle the boiling, the cooling - everything can be programmed!
Lautering After mashing, lautering (draining) is easy. Just lift up the inner malt pipe (the inner bucket with straining bottom) and fix it in the top position and let the wort drain into the main brewer.
Sparging Use pre-heated water to rinse out the last goodies from the malt, by slowly pouring it over the malt bed, still with malt pipe in top position. Or buy the Bulldog Sparger which does the pre-heating for you and connects easily to the Master Brewer.
Boiling Clean out the malt pipe from the used malt, put it back and add hops and let the Brewer continue according to your program. Simple as that!
Cooling Finally, use the spiral wort chiller to rapidly cool your wort down to fermentation temperature, transfer to fermenter, pitch the yeast and that is it!

Due to the UK not being part of the EU we no longer offer any shipping to the EU.

We offer 24-hour and 48-hour Parcel Services, but this does not guarantee that the parcel will be received within this timeframe.

Normal delivery times are on average between 1-3 working days. But sometimes this can be longer During busy times like Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Heavy Parcels those over 1.5kg are delivered by Parcel Force or DHL.

For those under 1.5kg We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

if a problem happens with the delivery please let us know and we will do our best to help, we can talk to Parcel Force or DHL to help solve the problem.

We only know of the problem if you tell us about the problem, we can't help if we are not told about the issue.

1st orders with us, parcels will not be left with out a signature OR if we think they are a high value order over £120 parcels will need to be signed for.

Saturday delivery to mainland UK £21.25 + VAT = £25.50 (we must have the order by, 2pm Friday).
