Cellar 7 Raspberry and Cassis wine Making kit

This Cellar 7 wine kit makes 30 bottles or 5 gallons of wine. There is no need to add any fermenting sugar to make this kit as it uses European grape concentrates that only requires water to be added to the grape juice.

Equipment Needed for your Cellar 7 wine kit: 

Here is a simple starter kit Wine Starter Kit to allow you to make the wine if you have not already got brewing equipment

To make the Cellar 7 wine kit you will need the following equipment:

All equipment must be sterilised before use.

2 x 25 litre Wine Fermenters - one for fermentation & one for transferring / racking

Airlock & Bung - to allow the release of gas produced during fermentation Spoon - to stir / degass your brew

Hydrometer - to check that the fermentation process is complete

Syphon - to transfer from fermenter for racking Steriliser - to sterilise equipment before use

Additional recommended equipment:

Hydrometer / Trial Jar - To check specific gravity during wine making

Degasser - to remove c02 gas from wine
